Pros
Great place to learn and improve speed and cutting techniques. Hourly rate helps provide a steady income. Free on-going education. work shifts can be flexable
Cons
Not good for building clientel and tips can be erratic. You really have to do a lot of cuts to make good money. cut times are 13 to 17 min! Continued education is great if you can take the days off to attend the classes. Benefits are up to each individual franchisee. Some places are better than others. No tools are provided. Some stores are VERY conservative in attire and looks.
