Pros
With a high quantity of clients you do make decent tips. Also, you keep tech notes about haircut so you can save time, like with clipper guards, picky areas, etc., its all in computer. We have decent franchisees but if you don't and they follow corporate, it won't be s good experience.
Cons
#1. Online check in, very unprofessional, degrading and makes clients furious..too many screw ups with it. We don't use it at the one I work at. You shouldn't be able to order a haircut like s pizza with your phone..#2 They expect you to allow clients until closing, which is unfair to closers who would never know what time they get off work. #3 coupons, need I say more, again degrading to professional stylists, coupons for 2.99, 4.99, no one should have to cut hair for that..embarrassing as hell,.#4 Low commission rate, they make it difficult to even make that.#5, corp stuck in 70's, still don't color hair or wax, so holding stylist back from making money, they really need to get more current.
