Pros
education is pretty good there.... which is great for a new graduate. Great management training as well. With turnover being high, it takes away from the local schedule.
Cons
crappy hours, working for an owner who isnt a hairdresser but thinks they know the ins and outs of this business can be frustrating. The customers can be nasty too.... low end pay.
