      was able to become manager with bonuses!. got management training and educator experience

      Cons

      but owner did not understand why after training staff for 30 days they weren't as good as my 20 years experience. common sense! want you to do the fastest cuts not good cuts .

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
