      Pros

      Great company! I started over 12 years ago as a stylist. From there I have been a Salon Manager, Multi-Salon Manager, General Manager, Education Service Specialist and am now a National Education Service Specialist. If you want a great career with a lot of room for advancement in the salon as well as in the corporate side. Great pay structures and bonuses, amazing training opportunities and great examples of what true teams can do when you work together!!

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
