      Pros

      Fast paced, decent tips, flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Really low base pay with managers that don't really care about the stylists. They only care about getting people through the door. They don't emphasize great haircuts. They emphasize doing quick haircuts and making more money for the store

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
