      Pros

      Great atmosphere! Love the people i work with and the franchisee i work for. Best manager I've ever had, and the girls are like family! I"ve learned so much about my career and this industry from working here.

      Cons

      You will work a more than you would in other salons, and its really fast paced, but that is both pro and con

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
