Pros

Customers are wonderful. Sales bonus aren't bad. Productivity is ok, IF we are busy enough to get it

Cons

Loyalty means NOTHING! I was hired in certain specific days, certain specific times. To take the place of an employee going on maternity leave.6 years later, w/o any write ups or reprimands. Very few call outs, (mostly due to family deaths), my hours have been drastically cut. 5-10 hrs a week. With no explanation.

Pros

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
