      Pros

      You can make fast money and never need a clientele the one you build is just a bonus. Great part time work for moms or people trying to go to school. Great tips and customers are mostly nice and will come back

      Cons

      hourly is low because service is cheap but that is why there are so many customers. Good pay depends on location & over all staff attitude of shop will deter or bring more customers

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
