Cons
1.)rude and smelly customers is something you get anywhere but as a stylist this has to be the worst thing besides the hair splinters
2.)Not every team works together as well as the last. Some people are mean and over competitive which can be a lot sometimes but if your passionate that won’t stop you at all!

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
