Pros

Of all the players in the "coupon" industry, Groupon is the most technologically advanced and carries the best reputation worldwide.

Cons

Overqualified sales reps. They hired young, eager graduates out of major universities, and promised them upward mobility, yet there is little room to grow within the company. Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
