9yThanks for your feedback and we’re happy to hear that you feel the benefits, culture, and work/life balance at Groupon are great! But we’re sorry you don’t feel that frontline communication is one of our strengths. It’s indeed challenging as a global company to ensure that we’re communicating in the most effective way possible, so we understand the frustration. We’re working on streamlining both inter- and intra-departmental communication in a variety of ways, from better utilization of our company intranet, encouraging departments to adopt tools such as scrums or team-focused chat rooms, and leveraging feedback from our monthly all-company employee satisfaction survey.
