      Pros

      Young people everywhere, free beer, good localization, relaxed environment although small and packed with people.

      Cons

      Nobody really knows what they are doing, they just do whatever they want. No planning, no respect for people, they just fire anyone at will. A lot of people leaving and new people unaware of what's happing coming in.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
