      Pros

      Young energetic teams. Fun place to come in to everyday. If you work hard and are moderately sociable, which in the environment is very easy, you will be promoted and make more money.. A lot of transparency.

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership. Point out a problem, complain about it, don't fix it. Things can be 'half-baked' meaning, great idea, but just not executed properly.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
