      Pros

      Great group of people work there. Fun and quirky company culture. An opportunity to make a lot of money if you work hard and are placed on a good market.

      Cons

      Its still a young company so there is a little disorganization and not a clear path for advancement. It has also gotten much bigger than I anticipate it being when I began working there.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
