      Pros

      Truly some of the best work experience I’ve had thus far. Challenging but manageable and if you work hard it will pay off. You learn a plethora of skills to take with you for future careers and get to work amongst some of the most successful people in sales and account management.

      Cons

      KPI’s change quickly and moving targets can be stressful.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
