Pros
Trauma bonds are real here - but you meet great people even if you don't last past a month This is a good job to have only if you are currently looking for something better HR is a great resource and they listen The training team is constantly working to improve their department
Cons
Leadership issues: The non-US leaders seem to be disconnected, unempathetic, and not attuned to the needs of their employees, which can be devastating for morale. Lack of effective training and development: The absence of proper training for new managers and a lack of development opportunities for staff make it harder for employees to feel like they’re growing or have a path forward. Poor communication: The gap between the sales floor and management, along with ineffective lead sourcing and marketing strategies, suggests that there’s a lot of misalignment within the organization. Toxic work environment: The feeling of constant threat (whether from being fired or watching others leave) creates an unhealthy atmosphere. HR and training challenges: Despite having good training staff, they're limited in what they can do, and HR doesn't seem to be valued by leadership, which could leave the workforce feeling unsupported. In a nutshell they wont help you fulfill any long-term goals
