      Coworkers. Coffee Machine. Location. Honestly can't think of another.

      Cons

      Favoritism for reps that crosses boundaries of ethics. Racial firings. Unclear commission structure. "Leaders" will do anything but support you. Onboarding 50-100 Reps in the span of a month and firing 90% of them within 3. Terrible pay. Subpar equipment. FAVORITISM. All sales managers are managers that were fired from yelp, some for very inappropriate reasons. Lies about changes or improvements they have made on the product. Withholding commissions from reps at EOQ to make the company's cash-flow look bigger for investor meetings. - its the wild west.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
