      No work life balance. Things depend on your manager. If you are her pet...you will get good appraisal. How much ever hard you work you will not get good rating. In Induction program they said employees first..but I can see only customer first

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
