Pros
1. Work from Home gives work life balance. 2. You can sit idle for long periods(months) and still noone asks you to leave. 3. Very high importance on employee retention ..so you can ask for almost anything. 4. If you are clever and smart enough you can double your salary in a single appraisal. 5. Work load very moderate
Cons
1. Appraisal process is very unfair - They don't know what they are appraising. 2. Limited infrastructure(Technology Wise) leads to repatitve work. 3. Very poor trainings. 4. Low salary standards.
