Life is relaxed ,, Comfortable and friendly work Environment, Reasonable Exposure in the work roles . , Helping management and HR .. Not only work roles but a full package if you can see it actually .
Cons
Lacks Processes at large, Sometime you don't have answers to your questions.You keep on wondering but you dont have it . Delays in Release of compensations always.. and even Lacks raising compensations as per markets .........
