      Pros

      Two rounds were there..the first one was an online test which included four sections..English,quant,logical and technical..the next round round was an interview..it was HR+technical..Got selected..

      Cons

      but as the news are coming that hcl is not gonna send offer letters to the students it recruited..:( So,now i'll have to try again to get placed in another company..HCL sucks..! :(

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
