Pros
There are only a few Pros, if you get a location as Nodia 126, that means you can bit relax inside the HCL campus when ever you feel frustrated from your manager and ecosystem around.
Cons
I would recommend not to join HCL Tech at the starting of your career as a fresher or for a new beginning because, your seniors (manager, leads, sr. manager) think you as their slave similar to once there was ragging in college for fresher. Avoid such mistakes otherwise 100% sure you would face depression. They will force you to work more and more until you go through certain trauma. Always check for review over glassdoor before joining any company, to know the truth behind such hypocrisy.
