Nothing pros to share

Cons

No project available. Recruitment's are made for bench strength. Company ready to fire once an employee completes three months in bench. HR policy are only in papers. There is no skip level escalation available. During induction company will inform you that Employee First and Customer 2nd. But this is a myth.Its only because the CEO has written a book on this. HR is just a two letter word in this company. HR team does not have any knowledge who is responsible for the employees in bench. There is no resource management group available. Is this how India's largest employer ( as HCL technologies say) works?.Technology that touches life....After my last day my access is still active on the company portal..This is the technology they use. Its time that Mr Shiv Nadar notices the bug in his enterprise. Philanthropy cant save him for this misdeeds. An honest confession from an employer who is frustrated during the 10 month stint at the company.

Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

Cons

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
