Pros
Literally no pro to begin with but yes you need a job and they give you one, thank God for that. In need of hour there is money coming every month in exchange of your soul

Bad management Understaffed Micromanagement Wrong treatment with women leaders No leadership, only order givers at top leading to skewing of work towards the team Zero tolerance for any support (family, health, or anything) Work timings from 8 am to 12 am without any break! Very very toxic culture! Managers are very toxic and give your hard time for everything They literally talk to as if they own you HR is as bad as management, if you try to reach out , they question everything back on you
