      Great opportunities. Depending on the management or vertical you are from you might get chance to work with plenty of renowned organisations

      Cons

      Growth in terms of Pay is very limited annually. So ensure you are getting in the company with great package. After that there is very minimal chance of course correction with respect to market package. You will just be limited to annual bare minimum percentage hikes.
