      Home working is commonly allowed with travel as required. Pension Scheme, Discounted Health care plan. Doctors online plan.

      Cons

      High pressure, Micro management, long hours in own time. Role is only secure while assigned to a project. No Sick pay. Pay rises very rare. Basic holidays and does not raise with years of service.
