Pros
A good exposure to whole software life cycle. Increments are totally based on the performance in that year. New incomers well guided by the reporting manager.
Cons
There are inconsistant policies for HCL TECH and HCL COMNET LTD which needs to be fixed. HCL Comnet gives very less start off package where as HCL Tech provides more for same level in hirarchy.
