Business Outlook
Pros
Halliburton has great people working in the organiszation. There are always intellegent, bright, enthusiastc people coming up with innovative technologies and solutions with a 'can do' attitude.
Cons
As with a lot of large companies change can be cumbersum and processes labourious. There is not quite the flexibilty there for employees to 'change' things quickly and efficiently. We also are 'stockholder beholden' now first and service to customer second- this was not the case a few years back.
