      Supportive colleagues, strong focus on cultural initiatives, continuous learning and development mindset.

      Cons

      As with any large organisation, it can sometimes be tricky to navigate who to go to for what or to prioritise which initiative when - but, it makes for a dynamic and fast-paced environment!

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
