      With Henkel being a German consumer goods give great exposure of product based company working experience. Coming to culture of Henkel as we all know the european work culture is always great place to work at.

      Cons

      It has to expand its office places in many part of the world so people could work together.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
