Pros
Great coworkers and supervisors. 3% 401K matching, educational and commuter reimbursement, medical, etc. Opportunities for overtime when you want it, as well as taking days off when you need to for doctor appointments,
Cons
Politics that are present with a big company. Also, a chronos clock-in system, that I thought was unusual for a R&D facility (have to be there by a certain time, and have to get out by a certain time unless you get overtime approval).
