Since 2015, the company already had the culture of home office, flexible-hour and short-Friday. It contributes a lot to our success in working from home in this new scenario.
The company maintains a clear and transparent communication at global and local level, giving all support to the employees. Globally, Henkel launched the program known as "Together Against Corona", in solidarity with the current situation we are facing right now. In Brazil launched a campaign called #colanessacausa, through this campaign we will provide meals to people that really needs. Pritt, Loctite and Cascola brands provided 30.000 meals and the Fritz Henkel Foundation provided the equivalent of 100.000 meals as part of the Global Solidarity Program
