      Pros

      First few years were great. I learned a lot and salary was very competitive. Culture was healthy for 20-somethings.

      Cons

      Career burnout after 3+ years. No room for growth, career-wise and salary-wise. Had to work even during holidays (including Christmas Eve and New Year's Day!)

      Pros

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
