They dont care atvall about the employees having a life outside of work. They have us working 6 days a week 10 hours a day and they want more out of us. They act as if holidays are a priveledge and not a right. There is almost no (productive) communication between shifts-management, leads, supervisors. The turnnover rate is like 1-1 the point system is based on a 5 day 40 hour week and not adjusted to reflect a 6 day 60 hour week. Management just dont care people call in because they are burnt out and tired and frankly its almost the only way to get a day off from time to time. This is held against us. You dont get more productivity by forcing people to work more. And during meetings people are afraid to speak up so nobody says anything. Bit you hear ot in the breakroom and locker room and on the production floor. Morale is low and employees arent happy. They have emplyees that are barely and poorly trained,Training the new employees
