Huge workload/low salary - Project Coordinator Henkel Employee Review

1.) Zero work/life balance. I felt like an empty shell every day after work. 2.) Useless benefits. Better pay Higher wages. Not everyone is interested in multisport card or Henkel shop. 3.) Extremely stressful work environment and toxic managers. 4.) No system in training new people. Just big chaos. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing..They don't know how to train new people. Instead of explaining things well, I was forced to do lots if online courses every day. Most of them were completely useless for my job and it was a total waste of time. 5.) No equality. 6.) Sexual harassment. 7.) Poorly working laptop and constant issues with it. When I started, they were not even able to set my laptop properly and I couldn't do anything for first two weeks because the programs I needed for daily work didn't work. 8.) Unrealistic expectations. This job was the worse job I've ever had. I was expected to learn things that people learned in one year in less than 3months. I got kicked just because I couldn't.
