      Nice facility Systematic compares to other places I've worked at Possibility to work close to senior management if you work in southern california middle managers are generally very nice

      Heavy workload Sales & marketing rules the company Unfair plant to plant performance review Very narrow minded upper management

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
