      Lots of responsibility right away which leads to lots of opportunity to learn and competitive pay.

      Small budgets, given the categories they brands play in, and a culture that results in the blame game being played far too often.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
