- Hard to work well if a lot of the staff is already well established - Workers act like high schoolers and have their little cliques and try to get people fired if they don't like them. - If they don't like you they fire you for any little reason - Thinks that they can charge people ridiculous amounts of money just because of the hilton name. - Service level in some has gone way down!
