Pros
Guaranteed hours, shift hours are specific (not random). lots of downtime (great for college students needing to study), family like atmosphere, gives great resume experience to use for future jobs, meet interesting people
Cons
Work most weekends, only two people hired per shift, not very flexible, rude customers trying to get a free stay, little starting pay, stressed out management due to upper management, secret shoppers every month, little to no help during busy rushes, too much to calmly handle for one person alone, little pay, terrible training program, more worried about profit than its employees, no scheduled breaks (only take a break if you have time)
