Pros
Of late, the only positive is the people you work with day to day, the developers and product ownders attempting to deliver something of value. Everyone is kind, friendly and willing to work together. There is also no expection to work longer hours than a standard day (though sometimes circumstances force otherwise).
Cons
In a few words, management and directions is a mess. in particular one at the top with an agenda but no vision. The teams suffered from a change of direction every few months to fight fires that had long been warned about, seriously crippling the ability for teams to plan and deliver anything useful. Forever tighter timelines with teams forced to cut corners to meet deadlines. No time given to address technical debt that has been built up with the afformented tight timelines. Whole country offices let go with tonnes of valuable knowledge and replaced with overseas hires with no meaningful transition and the knowledge being lost. Good managers let go for rocking the boat and trying to stand up for what the teams needed to deliver. At this point in time I would avoid, and don't see it getting better any time soon.
