Pros

The company offers a great benefits package and presents a technological challenge to all employees that are motivated self starters that need little leadership instruction. The opportunities for advancement are fair if you are newly joining the company but with an expereinced background. Employee and company sponsored events are often available and fellow employees are relativity helpful and easy to work with. The mentorship program is in process and aimed toward non traditional employees as well as new hires and those that are returning to the workforce. Overall the company has its good and bad points but that is always bound to change under the right leadership.

Cons

Slim Knowledge base. Career building draw backs

Pros

The team is great and people are excited to have you there. You are given value-added work and projects week 1. There are a lot of other interns at both the graduate and undergraduate level so there is a strong sense of intern community and support. If you have to relocate for the internship, complete housing is provided (they find you an apartment and pay for everything - results on the apartment itself may vary but are generally close to the office).

Cons

Varying start dates led to varying first day experience. The onboarding day for those who had it day 1 was great, but some interns got it after their first week and had little direction day 1.
