Pros
Interesting and challenging work, especially for chemical engineers and chemists. The premier refining/petrochemical technology company in the world.
Cons
After three years as a wholly owned subsidary of Honeywell, salary and benefit cuts and other changes are being implemented which have tanked morale and may hurt the long term viability of the business. There is a continued "top down" approach where corporate instructions and the Honeywell Operating System is more important than candid and frank discussion with the customer-facing troops.
