      Pros

      Physicians are kind and helpful to patients as well as staff. When the true nature of the staff is that of great character and honesty it is indeed a great place to work and healthy environment for the patients.

      Cons

      Work load can be a bit heavier on some days but never too overwhelming because each team helps each other.

      Pros

      Clinical staff were great, lots of skills to be gained, building is clean and spacious, in and outdoor seating for lunch, cheap insurance compared to other local healthcare organizations

      Cons

      30 minute lunch, only one microwave and two lunch shifts for entire office, have to use your PTO when they are closed for holidays and in my opinion you do not get much time the first 5 years, the office manager at that time (no longer there) was difficult to be around, same responsibilities and workload as LPN and RN with much less pay of course
