Good salary negotiation. Very good opportunity to make difference on the company business and be recognized for that.
Cons
Unattractive benefit packages (very far away from other IT companies in terms of the health plan, vr amount and childcare assistance and other like gympass, etc). Difficulty to adapt to Chinese culture.
