      Pros

      Expansion on customer service skills set in a 4 star setting More awareness about how hotels work and hospitality industry within hostels Good perks except I can’t use in current workplace Staff foods Free coffee

      Cons

      Stupid higher management like directors and owner as it’s a franchise not Hyatt owned ( I’ll change it when they own it and it’ll be the best workplace like in 2019

      Pros

      Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

      Cons

      Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
