      - Best pay for massage therapists in VT - Free ski pass (if you have time to use it) - When there is work- there is a lot of it - Automatic gratuity

      Cons

      - Seasonal Variability: High season= burnout, Low season= hardly any work - No benefits package for seasonal employees (even if you're full-time) - Same pay rate as all other therapists- no matter your qualifications - Same pay rate with or without benefits package

      Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

      Cons

      Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
