Hyatt is a company that sticks to its standards thus, this is the place whre young professionals learn the fundamentals of hospitality. In recent years the company has embarked on to an aggressive development plan that may create great opportunities for employees' development.
Cons
as Hyatt relies more on internal employee development, compensation seems to be a bit lower that other leading hospitality companies in the world. The only other thing that comes to mind is there may be a certain rigidity when it comes to innovation and trying new things...
