Pros
They have amazing benefits. Having health insurance, 401k, free hotel rooms, and paid vacations is hard enough to find in a 9 to 5 job but Hyatt offers it to their food and beverage staff as well.
Cons
There are definitely long hours that will have to be worked and the job can be seasonal so it isnt for someone who can't save for a rainy day
