Pros
Alot of interesting people from around the world work there. My fellow employees were great and there was alot of talent amongst them. Free hotel rooms bonus is great, and health insurance is very cheap ...
Cons
Some pampering of the big boys... seemed the management took care of each other and once you made it there you were indestructible. Alot of unwarranted ego amongst the managers also. Cheap company, Only paid Server Assistants, who do everything from delivering food , stocking to mopping , the same wage as the servers... they depend on the servers to pay 20 % of their tips to make up for this.
